Privacy notice
Last updated 30 October 2026
This explains what happens to your information when you use this website and our AI Readiness Scorecard at scorecard.linktelligent.ai. We’ve kept it plain.
The short version
- If you ask for the free guide, your first name and email address come to us by email so we can follow up about it. We only send you other emails if you tick the box to say that’s fine. If you don’t become a client, we delete your details after 12 months.
- Your first name stays in your own browser for this visit, so the thank-you page can say hello.
- If you fill in the AI Readiness Scorecard, your details and answers come to us by email so we can write your report and prepare for your call. Only our two founders see them. If you don’t become a client, we delete them after 12 months.
- Fonts load from Google. The booking button takes you to a separate booking page with its own privacy terms.
01Who we are
This website belongs to Linktelligent, the AI partner for IT managed service providers (MSPs). Our main website is linktelligent.ai.
For now, Linktelligent is run by 1-Fix Limited. So under UK GDPR, 1-Fix Limited is the “controller” of any personal information we hold about you, which just means it decides how that information is used. When this page says “we”, it means Linktelligent, run by 1-Fix Limited.
The easiest way to reach us is to email hello@linktelligent.ai, or to book a call.
02The free-gift form
The free-gift page asks for your first name and email address. Here’s exactly what happens to them:
- Where it goes. When you press the button, your first name and email address are emailed to our hello@linktelligent.ai mailbox in Microsoft 365. The sending is done by our scorecard website at scorecard.linktelligent.ai, which doesn’t keep a copy. Only our two founders see it.
- Why. So we can follow up about the guide, for example to check it was useful or answer a question. That’s our legitimate interest in replying to someone who asked us for something.
- Other emails only if you say so. There’s an optional tick box. If you tick it, we may send you the occasional email about AI for MSPs, and you can tell us to stop at any time. If you don’t tick it, we won’t.
- How long we keep it. If you don’t become a client, we delete your details after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
- Your first name stays in your browser. It’s held in your browser’s session storage for this visit only, so the thank-you page can greet you by name. It goes when you close the tab or window.
- We don’t email you the answers. They appear on the thank-you page.
We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else.
03The AI Readiness Scorecard
The scorecard at scorecard.linktelligent.ai is for IT managed service providers getting ready for a call with us. Unlike the free-gift form, it does send your details to us. Here’s what happens:
- What we collect. Your name, company name and work email address, plus your company website, phone number and call date if you add them. We also collect your answers to the 17 questions about your business.
- Why we use it. To write your personalised AI Readiness Report, to prepare for your call, and to contact you about both. We also score your answers so we can plan the call and decide how best to follow up. That score is only for us, and it doesn’t decide anything about you on its own.
- Our reason for using it. You tick a box to say we can use your answers, and that consent is our legal basis. You can take it back at any time by emailing us.
- Where it goes. When you press send, your details and answers are emailed to our hello@linktelligent.ai mailbox in Microsoft 365. The scorecard website doesn’t keep a copy. We keep the email and the files we use to make your report in our Microsoft 365 account.
- Who sees it. Only our two founders, Craig Atkins and Guy Pyle. We use an AI assistant (Claude, made by Anthropic) to help write your report, so your answers are shared with it for that purpose. We don’t sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
- How long we keep it. If you don’t become a client, we delete your details and answers after 12 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Your unsent answers. While you fill it in, your browser keeps a draft on your own device, so you don’t lose your answers if the page reloads. The draft is cleared once your answers are sent. It never leaves your device until you press send.
04Fonts from Google
This site and the scorecard use Google Fonts (Space Grotesk and Inter). They’re loaded from Google’s servers, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. Google may receive technical details such as your IP address when that happens. We don’t control that, and Google’s own privacy policy covers it.
05Booking a call
The “Book my free call” buttons open a separate booking page in a new tab. That page isn’t part of this website. It has its own privacy terms, and whatever you enter there is handled under those terms. Please read them before you book.
07Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal information. In plain words, you can:
- ask what we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to stop using it, or to limit how we use it
- object to us using it
- ask for a copy you can take elsewhere
- take back any consent you gave us
If you’ve asked for the free guide, we’ll have your first name and email address. If you’ve filled in the scorecard, we’ll have your details and answers. Either way, we keep them until we delete them. Either way, you’re always entitled to ask, and we’ll answer.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
08Changes
If we change how either site handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If we change what the free-gift form or the scorecard collects, we’ll say so here first.
09Getting in touch
To ask a question about this notice, or to use any of your rights, email hello@linktelligent.ai, or book a call and tell us it’s about your privacy. You can also read our terms of use.
